If you're new to disability or aged care support, there are a few compliance essentials to have (or be working towards):
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A current DHS Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- A valid First Aid & CPR certificate
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
- A warm, enthusiastic and dependable attitude
