Here's what you'll need:

If you're new to disability or aged care support, there are a few compliance essentials to have (or be working towards):

  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A current DHS Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A valid First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent experience)
  • A warm, enthusiastic and dependable attitude
