Home Assist SA was built on a simple idea, that when you look after your team, they look after the people they support.

We're a local Adelaide team delivering in-home and community support services for people in Aged Care and the NDIS.

We exist because too many people have been let down by providers who don't listen, don't follow through, or don't pick up the phone.

We know that by the time most people reach us, they've already had a frustrating experience. Confusing paperwork, unreturned calls, support that never felt personal.

We're here to take that stress away. We keep things simple, we explain everything clearly, and we take the time to understand what you actually need.

We match our workers thoughtfully, based on who you are, not just what's available. We visit you at home, we introduce you to your worker before anything starts, and we stay consistent. No chopping and changing. No empty promises.

Our vision is to be the provider people wish they'd found first. Responsive, reliable, and genuinely personal. We grow slowly on purpose because getting it right matters more than getting big.

A chartered accountant with a big heart for people, Amy built Home Assist SA from the ground up with a strong focus on compassion, integrity and doing right by every person who places trust in their hands.

Always up for a coffee catch-up, Amy’s warm and down-to-earth nature and her fun fact of being born in Namibia makes connecting with people come naturally.

Gregory Holmes
Co-Founder/ Director

With over 11 years’ experience in Aged Care and Disability, Greg co-founded Home Assist SA to bring genuine care, strong customer service and old-school home visits back to the heart of support.

Now in an advisory role, he remains a pivotal part of the business and a proud coffee fanatic who somehow powers through an average of seven a day.

Quietly keeping everything running behind the scenes, Josh ensures our team has the right tools, systems and policies in place to deliver safe and high-quality supports.

He’s a man of few words (honestly, you won't see or hear him!), but his attention to detail and operational know-how make a big impact every single day.

Bianca brings warmth, professionalism and genuine care to every conversation, creating meaningful connections while ensuring a high standard of service for both clients and team members.

Once you get her talking, you’ll quickly discover her infectious energy and her love for all things footy (despite her team being quite controversial... go on, ask her!)

Scheduling Officer

As our Scheduling Officer, Kira manages the day-to-day scheduling of supports and all inbound and outbound communications with care and precision.

She loves building genuine connections and trust us, you want to be her friend… she’s an elite gift giver.
