Your supports are designed to fit around your routine and lifestyle.
Government-funded home care is subsidised by the Australian Government through programs such as Support at Home or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
To access these services, you will need an aged care assessment through My Aged Care, and you may be required to contribute to the cost of your services based on your income.
Private in-home care is paid for directly by you or your family.
It offers fast access to support, without waiting for assessments or funding approvals, and can also be used alongside government-funded services if you require additional hours or more flexible support.
Support at Home funding can be used for a wide range of in-home supports, tailored to your needs. This may include help with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping and transport.
More specialised supports such as nursing, allied health services (for example physiotherapy or occupational therapy) and companionship can also be accessed.
The goal of Support at Home is to help older Australians remain safe, independent and connected in their own homes.
We have a minimum shift length of two hours for most supports.
In some circumstances, this may be reduced to one hour, depending on your individual needs and location

Through this partnership, you can receive services from our team, while Trilogy Care manages your package administration.

However, we can support you through private services, or through our partnership withTrilogy Care once your Support at Home Package has been assigned. We can also help connect you with a local CHSP provider in your area.
